申請資格

實習申請: 需符合本部「大學校院僑生港澳學生及外國學生畢業後申請在臺實習作業要點」規定資格。

請務必在居留證效期屆滿之 2 個月前提請學校初審。

一、僑外生畢業後在台實習 (Internships after Graduating)

實習法規依據

為提供大學校院僑外生畢業後留臺實習機會，本部訂有「大學校院僑生港澳學生及外國學生畢業後申請在臺實習作業要點」 (如附件1)。

申請要件

  1. 符合上開要點第2點各款資格之一。
  2. 取得要點第3點規定之擬實習機構同意實習證明書。

二、實習申請程序與時程 (Application Procedure and Timeline)

申請時限

至遲應於居留效期屆滿之 2 個月前，向學校提出畢業後實習之申請。

申請流程 (以 107學年度為例)

  1. 僑外生向學校提出畢業後實習申請，並提供所有相關申請表件。
  2. 經學校初審後，將相關申請表件函送本部審查。
  3. (範例時程) 107學年度第2學期應屆畢業僑外生申請案，學校將於本(108)年6月10日前彙整函送本部審查。
  4. 應屆畢業僑外生如未及於前述時間，仍應於居留證效期屆滿之 2 個月前提出申請，學校仍應受理並另行函送本部辦理。

三、僑外生畢業後在台工作資源 (Post-Graduation Work Resources)

Application

Internship Application: You must meet one of the qualification requirements specified in the MOE's "Directions for Overseas Chinese Students, Hong Kong and Macau Students, and Foreign Students to Apply for Internships in Taiwan After Graduation."

You must submit your application to the school for initial review no later than 2 months before your current Alien Resident Certificate (ARC) expires.

I. Internships after Graduating from University/College in Taiwan

Legal Basis for Internships

To provide post-graduation internship opportunities in Taiwan for Overseas Chinese Students and Foreign Students, the Ministry of Education (MOE) has established the "Directions for Overseas Chinese Students, Hong Kong and Macau Students, and Foreign Students to Apply for Internships in Taiwan After Graduation"(Attachment 1).

Application Requirements

  1. Must meet one of the qualifications listed in Point 2 of the Directions.
  2. Must obtain a Certificate of Internship Consent from the prospective internship organization, as stipulated in Point 3 of the Directions.

II. Application Procedure and Timeline

Application Deadline

The application for a post-graduation internship must be submitted to the school no later than 2 months before the expiration date of the Alien Resident Certificate (ARC).

Application Process (Example using the 2018/2019 Academic Year)

  1. The student submits the post-graduation internship application and all required documents to the school.
  2. After the school's preliminary review, the relevant application forms are forwarded to the MOE for final review.
  3. (Example Timeline) *For applications from graduating students in the 2nd Semester of the 2018/2019 Academic Year, the schools compiled and sent the applications to the MOE before June 10, 2019.
  4. If a graduating student misses the aforementioned timeline but applies no later than 2 months before their ARC expires, the school must still accept the application, perform the preliminary review, and forward it to the MOE separately.

Điểm Quan Trọng về Điều Kiện Ứng Tuyển

Đơn Xin Thực Tập: Cần đáp ứng một trong các điều kiện được quy định trong "Hướng dẫn về Quy trình Xin Thực Tập tại Đài Loan sau Tốt nghiệp cho Sinh viên Hoa kiều, Hong Kong, Macau và Sinh viên Nước ngoài" của Bộ Giáo dục (MOE).

Bạn phải nộp đơn lên trường để sơ duyệt chậm nhất là 2 tháng trước khi Giấy phép Cư trú (ARC) hiện tại hết hạn.

I. Thực Tập sau Tốt Nghiệp Đại Học/Cao Đẳng tại Đài Loan

Cơ sở Pháp lý cho Thực Tập

Để cung cấp cơ hội thực tập tại Đài Loan sau khi tốt nghiệp cho sinh viên Hoa kiều và sinh viên nước ngoài, Bộ Giáo dục (MOE) đã ban hành "Hướng dẫn về Quy trình Xin Thực Tập tại Đài Loan sau Tốt nghiệp cho Sinh viên Hoa kiều, Hong Kong, Macau và Sinh viên Nước ngoài" (Phụ lục 1).

Yêu cầu Ứng Tuyển

  1. Phải đáp ứng một trong các điều kiện được liệt kê trong Điểm 2 của Hướng dẫn.
  2. Phải có Giấy chứng nhận Đồng ý Thực tập từ tổ chức dự kiến thực tập, theo quy định tại Điểm 3 của Hướng dẫn.

II. Thủ Tục và Thời Hạn Nộp Đơn Thực Tập

Thời Hạn Nộp Đơn

Đơn xin thực tập sau tốt nghiệp phải được nộp cho trường chậm nhất là 2 tháng trước ngày hết hạn Giấy phép Cư trú (ARC).

Quy Trình Nộp Đơn (Ví dụ theo Học kỳ 2018/2019)

  1. Sinh viên nộp đơn xin thực tập sau tốt nghiệp và tất cả các giấy tờ liên quan cho trường học.
  2. Sau khi trường sơ duyệt, các biểu mẫu đơn liên quan sẽ được gửi đến MOE để xem xét cuối cùng.
  3. (Ví dụ Thời gian) Đối với đơn của sinh viên tốt nghiệp trong Học kỳ 2 năm học 2018/2019, trường học đã tổng hợp và gửi đơn đến MOE trước ngày 10 tháng 6 năm 2019.
  4. Nếu sinh viên tốt nghiệp không kịp thời gian trên, vẫn phải nộp đơn chậm nhất là 2 tháng trước khi ARC hết hạn. Trường vẫn phải tiếp nhận, sơ duyệt và gửi riêng cho MOE.
